If Wakel isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get your money back in full.

How

Reply to your receipt email or use the help form with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive in 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The license is turned off. Your files and the agent’s memory stay on your computer.

Gifts and teams

The buyer can ask for a refund of a gift or of team licenses that haven’t been activated yet, within the same 14 days.
